Tomato Red Pepper Dressing

Ingredients: 2 pints grape tomatos 2 Red Bell Peppers 1 cup of Corn (either fresh, frozen thawed or freeze dried) 1 tsp Celtic Sea salt   Directions: Place all in a food processor and pulse repeatedly until finely chopped. This dressing is great mixed into salads of all kinds or Cauliflower Rice (Cauliflower Rice: Put cauliflower pieces in food processor and pulse until the cauliflower breaks down in to rice sized bits and put in to a bowl)
