- 4 Cups fresh peas (thawed, frozen peas ok also)
- 1/2 Cup of raw cashews
- 1/2 Cup of small sweet onion
- 1 Small garlic clove
- 1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Cups warm distilled water
- 1 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt or to taste
Put everything into a Vitamix. Start on low and move to full high speed blending until creamy. Serve and enjoy.
