Habits

Old saying is, if you keep on doing what you've always

done. You'll continue to get what you've always got.

Important concept - Develop the habit of changing

your habits.

The people who are healthy in every sense of the word

understand that life is a learning experience. It never stops.

There's always the next level to reach for, it doesn't

matter where you are or how well you're doing. When

you constantly strive to improve to be best you can be,

you're strengthening your character. You'll

develop more as an individual, and you'll be able to

offer more to the people you're involved with.

So as you embark on your course. I want you to

look ahead.

Are you creating negative consequences or positive

rewards?

Be clear in your thoughts. Do some research. You want

to ask yourself questions before you start your new habits.

How will this affect me? Will this take me where I want to go?

Here are seven techniques that will assist you in changing

at habits and the bad patterns of behavior.

Number 1 - Use repetition.

You've got to repeat the process of evaluating and identifying

what age you want to get rid of. Just as repetition reinforced

old bad habits, it will now reinforce the new good ones within

a very short period of time.

Number 2 - Use your mind.

What ever the mind of man can conceive and believe it

can achieve. Napoleon Hill's famous words, it should be

taken to heart.

Number 3 - Write it down.

The United States Constitution is in writing the Magna

Carta is in writing; your goals are in writing.

Why should we put this in writing? The reason is that we

have imperfect memories, if it's not in writing, we can tend

to forget what was said or agreed upon. We can cut ourselves

some slack. If there's an emotional involvement are mines

will tend to change our memories and less we have the proof

in writing.

Number 4 - Give up excuses.

They keep you from beginning. You may agree with every-

thing in this email and still not take action, because you're

too tired.  You've got somewhere else to go, you don't feel

good today. You've got a headache it's too late. It's too

early. You're too old, you're too young, it won't work and

on and on and on.

It's not true, it's not real, it's not keeping you from doing

anything, throw it out, just begin just do it. Now!

Number 5 - Realize how wonderful you are and affirm yourself.

You are unique. There's no one else in the world like you

know, what has your appearance, no one has your talents.

You are a rare commodity and rarity means value.

Number 6 - Look for results.

If you want to see a bad habit replaced with a good one. Look

for the change. You made calls for an hour. You exercised

three days in a row. You had fruit in the evening instead of

a candy bar or potato chips.

Number 7 - This one short, but powerful. Promise yourself

you'll NEVER GIVE UP!

These are proven steps that will jumpstart your new successful

habits and remember this works equally well with business and

in your personal life.

It's time for you to expect major breakthroughs.

Best of Success!
